NATION CADET CORPS



The Nation Cadet Corps is a youth organization that aims to develop leadership, discipline, and a sense of responsibility among young individuals. Established in India, it offers cadets opportunities to participate in activities related to defense, adventure, social service, and physical fitness. Through its structured programs, NCC encourages teamwork, self-reliance, and patriotism, preparing cadets for future roles in both the civilian and military sectors. With its motto of "Unity and Discipline," NCC plays a vital role in shaping well-rounded citizens who contribute to society.


NCC Unit-Marian College Kuttikkanam(Autonomous)

The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is the largest youth organization in India, focused on developing character, discipline, and responsibility among young people. Marian College Kuttikkanam’s NCC Unit, part of the 5(K) Girls Battalion NCC Changanacherry, has 108 active senior wing cadets. Since its inception, the unit has participated in national camps and social service activities. The three-year NCC training helps students become responsible citizens and offers opportunities for careers in the Indian Armed Forces, promoting leadership and national service.

Activities
